Vincent McCarthy

Vincent McCarthy qualified as a Solicitor in April 1999, and established Vincent McCarthy Solicitors in March 2012.

He has worked in and around the Southend area since 2001 and is an accomplished advocate who appears regularly at the County Court and High Court.

Vincent is supported and assisted by a dedicated team of people who have worked with him for the last 18 years. He is also supported by a network of experienced and highly regarded barristers and other legal experts in family and divorce law.

Prior to training as a solicitor, Vincent spent 15 years in the building and construction industry. His clients have found Vincent’s life experience to be invaluable in the approach he takes, providing caring, practical and sensible advice at a time of concern and trauma.

Jennifer Gamble

Jennifer Gamble qualified as a Solicitor in September 2006 having undertaken her training at a top 100 UK law firm in South Wales.  She returned to the Southend area in 2008 where she headed up the family law department of a local firm for 10 years before taking a career break, during which time she worked with children in Early Years education.

Jennifer works in all areas of family law including divorce, financial matters and pre/post-nuptial agreements and has a real passion for children matters.  She has had extensive experience in child abduction and private and public law children matters.

Jennifer has a down to earth and realistic approach with clients and handles matters sensitively throughout what is undoubtedly a stressful and difficult time for most.
